Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Ansonia Nickel Plated Brass Carriage Travel Desk Alarm Clock, made by the Ansonia Clock Company New York USA. This Clock measures approx. 4 5/8\" Tall (6\" Tall to Handle) x 3 3/8\" Wide x 3\" Deep. This Has a Nickel Plated Brass & Glass Clock Case with Bevelled Glass with Ornate Top Handle. This has a Brass Mechanical 8 Day Wind-Up Movement with Alarm, which Winds and Sets from the Back. The Paper Dial is Original and Signed \"A.C.\", for the Ansonia Clock Company. I wound the Clock and it Ran Correctly, and the Alarm Worked Too, but it has not been Serviced. The Clock May Need Lube, Adjustments, and Cleaning. This is a Unique Clock in Overall Good Original Condition with a Nice Aged Patina! There is One Small Chip in Front Bottom Glass Corner, and a Crack in One of the Side Panels.
