Here is an early 1900\'s German Santa candy container.He is 15\" tall,Papermache face,hands and boots. He stands on a wood base,4 3/4\" by 4\". He carry\'s a German feather tree.He is marked GERMANY on the bottom He wears a tomato red wool felt coat. His face is very detailed hand-painted. Rabbit fur beard. He opens to reveal the candy compartment.I have had him in my collection for years,He is one of the best and oldest I have ever owned.He came from a Doctors Estate Sale.Good condition for age.
