This 1 gallon crock of extra pleasing ovoid form measures 10” tall x 7 ½” wide x 5 ¾” (top rim) and is impressed N Clark Mount Morris with hand painted cobalt “1”.It has nice lug handles and interestingly varied colored surface from firing with good sheen/luster. There are NO cracks or repairs. It has 2 rim chips and side chip by one of the handles as shown. All of the other surface imperfections appear to have occurred during firing.
