Stunningly Beautiful eye catching Gold plated and enameled Antique Nurses matrons belt buckle in the Original presentation box. Classic Art Nouveau design. This one off piece is a perfect unique gift. Does require some restoration to return it to its former glory. Please examine the photos carefully some of the enameling has worn off but can be easily re applied by a jeweller the buckle its self is in good condition. No tarnish or ware on the gold.
