This is a Old Cameo Ring in 10K Yellow Goldornate frame of an elegant lady facing right and her hair pulled back behind on the left.
The ring is nothallmarked, but tested andguaranteed to be at least10K gold.

Material iscarnelian shell.
The shank has been cut for resize purpose (easy fix, see photos).
TheCameo seems secure, does not move in the setting.
I have no idea how old this piece is, but my mother acquired it from her parents.
