**DESCRIPTION: Offered here isa beautiful vintage antique Victorian Edwardian circa 1910\'s - 1930\'s HAND-CARVED high-relief Angel-Skin Coral or pink Queen Conch Shell cameo brooch / pendant featuring a portrait of a classical mythological Greek or Roman goddess (appears to be Flora goddess of flowers) set in an unusual OCTAGONAL shaped engraved solid 10 karat ROSE GOLD mount!
This small cameo (weight is 3.3 total grams) is clearly a top-quality piece - the frame is ornately engraved / chased with scrolls and flourishes, and the cameo is very well carved with good details. The back is nicely appointed with CONVERTIBLE findings including a flip-up hinged bail and a pin and safety clasp for wearing as a PENDANT or BROOCH. Hallmarked on the pin-stem as 10 KARAT GOLD with a maker\'s mark that appears to be \"G\".
