Decorated with antique buckles which can be 1880-1890\'s circa so shoes can be 1880-1890\'s era.Buckles looks like from marcasittes but they are made from steel.Black suede which can be clean very easily ( i never saw such suede which can be cleaned so easily without remaining any stains.Leather sole. Some of J&J Slater shoes are in Metropoliten Art Museum...

I wrote that shoes are 1920\'s but thoes who knows this shoes clips/buckles said that this buckles are circa 1890-1900\'s.This buckles are original and are signed \"MADE IN FRANCE\" and are in really good vintage condition ( have only few small rusted stains inside which is not visible in front)...such buckles in sold for about 80.00 $ ( and it only buckles )
I bet you wouldn\'t find such item on sale any more as it very very rare and still in perfect condition.
