Condition: As shown in the two scans, above – Long curved vertical-ish bend (that’s almost a tear) through “Fried” and “Braised.” Left-hand edge is rough as if his piece might have been attached to something else – maybe this is the back half and the cover is gone…? Average soil and plenty of yellowing, though the paper is still fairly supple, not brittle.
Interesting concept that this was a “light” dinner.
