Fresh from New England home Kay guitar , nice looking and sounding, missing pick guard , great solid Kay! condition , small ding lower front ( not very noticeable )  tight crack on side shoulder (see pics) very slight neck separation  near ivory type cover of neck bottom. five mother of pearl inlays on neck. Leather on lid of case slightly raised on seam edge. 

Wonderful guitar for the vintage Kay collector !
