Art Deco CAVACRAFT (Dickenson) butterscotch amber INK WELL and FOUNTAIN PEN.

This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of marbled Bakelite by CAVACRAFT. It is even signed on the inside (see last photo)

The ink well in excellent condition. There is only a small bit of wear on the surface where the button slides up and down and one 1/4\" scratch near to this area (please see last photo carefully) The body is in beautiful condition (still remarkably shiny and smooth.) The color is very rich, with a lot of swirls and marbling inside the deep butterscotch and amber tones. (I\'ve never seen Bakelite in this pretty of a color.)

The body of the pen is in good condition except for a white spot near the tip. I chose not to try to fix it, but to leave it as it. The metal tip probably needs to be replaced. Again I didn\'t want to mess with it.
