This lovely rare item which is so full of character was designed and individually handmade by the British Ceramic Artist Russell Akerman.

The inspiration for this lovely and attractive piece comes from combining the Scotties friendly expressive features with the well known geometric lines of 1920\'s Deco design. This cute Scottie ornament would make a superb addition and fine talking point to any home.

This Scottie dog design is from Echo of Deco’s very collectable series of ‘Ark Deco’ ceramic animals.

This ornament has been handglazed in Echo of Deco\'sracing greenglaze, which complements this particular Scottie dogornament very well.

The Echo Of Deco studio is a contemporary ceramic studio / art pottery specializing in designing and hand making original ceramic objects in the classic Art Deco style. Echo Of Deco have collectors in America, Canada and Europe as well as all over the UK and have been featured in leading magazines.
