The Silent Flame Table Lighter was manufactured by Parker of London Ltd in New York between 1935 and 1944. The figure on the top is of infamous Sally Rand the fan dancer of the era!

The lighter is approximately 3\" square x 5 1/4\" tall. The base is bakelight.
