This Is A Wonderful Art Deco Period Hammond Electric/Lighted Postal Telegraph SI - 15 Wall Clock. Circa: 1930-40s.

The clock\'s dimensions: Approximately 21\" diameter.

The Case: The steel case is structurally sound. There are no breaks, cracks, chips, etc... There is some rust and considerable paint loss. I believe there should be a \"hanger\" piece that holds the clock to the wall that is missing as well as a switch to turn on and off the lights. This switch is missing too.

The Dial: The glass dial is chip, break, crack free.

The Mechanism: The Hammond \"Spin Start\" mechanism is in working order.

The Hands: The hands are original to the clock.

The Glass: The glass is original to the clock and has a \"wave\" to it.

The Bezel: The bezel is original and in decent condition. There are a few areas of light rust and pitting.

The Cord: The cord is a replacement.

The Bulbs: The 5 five bulbs are in working order, but do get \"brighter\" when I touch them. Maybe there is a wire loose, I\'m not sure?

The Back: The back appears to be original, but not `100pct sure either? The screw holes line up with the mechanism. (I do not have these 3 screws).

Antique collectors and/or clock enthusiasts will love this original condition clock that is in great working order.

The clock is being put for sale in \"as found\" condition. All sales are final. This clock is not far away from being a really gorgeous piece, so I\'m putting it up as a \"project clock\".
