A rare vase ofthe Art Deco era with a semi-matte celadoncolored glaze.Its clear, reduced shape is timeless and definitely influenced by the Bauhaus movement.

This highly collectible vase is a design of Albert Comes and wascreated by Fürst Adolf Werkstätten inBückeburg, a townin Northern Germany. The company was renowned for their aestheticpottery of very high quality.

Manufacturer: FürstAdolf Werkstätte FAW Bückeburg, Germany (1912 - 1971) Marks: Blue firm stamp andillegible number (see pictures) Design: AlbertComes(1887 - 1954), sculptor and art director of FAW. He designed allproducts - shapes, glazes and decorations - until 1954. Era: ArtDeco Material: Pottery Measurements(approx.): H:5.51\" (14 cm)
Max. D: 5.11\" (13 cm) Weight: ca. 610 g Condition: Thevaseis in excellent original condition and shows hardly any signs of wear. Pleasenote: Picturesof the items are part of the detailed description which has been madeto the best of our knowledge and belief.
