This beautiful clock was previous sold (by me) here on to a customer. The customer notified me and stated upon arrival that the metal woman statue had the arm that holds the swinging clock broken. Although, the box showed no damage and the statue and clock were wrapped in bubble wrap (several layers) and cushioned with shipping popcorn it somehow got damaged. The customer offered to keep the working swinging clock and I could reduce the refund by X amount of dollars and they would send back the broken statue. I declined as the statue alone would be of no use to me without the clock and refunded the customer the total amount they paid.
I have since had the arm repaired and the woman statue has been professionally repainted with the exact original statue color. It is in excellent condition and the repair is not noticeable from the front or sides....slightly noticeable from the back where arm meets shoulder. (see pictures).
I have had the clock running/swinging for 4 days since the repair with no issues. It keeps accurate time and is a great conversation piece.
The lucky buyer can be assured that we will be packaging this item even more carefully.
