Antique Art Glass Shade Steuben Quezal Tiffany Favrile Style Pulled Feather:

Antique Art Glass Shade do not know the maker could be Tiffany NY Favrile Damascene, Steuben, or Quezal, measuring 2 1/4 at top and 7\" diameter at the bottom. The outside is a pulled feather style with golds/yellows/pinks. The inside is a simple milk white color. I could not find a signature or makers mark but I am not a collector so I really don\'t know what I\'m looking for. No chips, cracks or repairs. There is ONE popped bubble as shown in first and 5th photo.
