11¼” wide x 7” deep x 4¾” h, c. 1897.

Fluted octagonal shape with molded foliated scroll &leaf rim edge, double molded handles, eight molded feet.

Floral pattern in dark flow blue. Hand sponged gilt trim.

Printed globe & ribbon back-stamp “W. H. Grindley& Co. England” with “Gironde” above and “F B” below. Registry number 293169(for 1897).

Small repair to thecover finial, otherwise very good+ clean condition, sparse glaze crazing oncover only. Some natural light wear to the gilt. No chips, cracks, hairlines orrepairs.
