The potters there are very talented, andthere is a long tradition of ceramic workin that community that datesback tothepre-Columbian period.The modern town sitsbelow the historic archeological site of the same name. It is a wonderful community with great crafts tradition that is still going strong!!! Viva Oaxaca,Viva Atzompa!!
