Vintage Arts &Crafts Period, Circa 1910, Hammered Copper 13\" American Beauty Style Vase. Very good condition. This vase was made by an Arts & Crafts Period craftsman, who was obviously familiar with the similar Roycroft American Beauty vase form. It has a monogram on the neck, which looks like a Greek symbol. It is well-made and constructed of very heavy gauge copper, with large rivets. The patina is original and was lightly cleaned atsome time in the past. There is someminor waviness to the base, but it stands flat and straight. As a side note, this vase descended to the previous owner from her grandmother, who lived in a Craftsman Gustav Stickley designed home in Maplewood, NJ, which is not far from Craftsman Farms.
