\"Asiatic Pilot, Volume II: The Japanese Archipelago\" is an 862 page, 6\"x9.25\" hardcover published in 1930 by United States Government Printing Office. This is the third edition. It provides a vast amount of information for those sailing around the islands of Japan - descriptions and chart positions for all coastal features. There\'s a fold-out map and eighteen plates with black-and-white coastal views.The book is in good condition, with no dust jacket. The brown cloth boards show edge wear - a frayed two-inch section along the front side edge is the worst of it - a small stain near the spine top, rubbing. There are 6 1930s postage stamps stuck to the front pastedown; the interior is otherwise unmarked. The map is in excellent condition but the title page is torn where it\'s lain against the map edge for 85 years. There are 4 pink pages (see our 5th photo), each consisting of three order forms for yearly supplements - three of the forms are missing. The binding is firm.International Buyers – Please Note:
