Description: I fell in love with this right away!

Here is an antique heart motif ring, made in heavy 18k yellow gold featuring a beautiful array of natural gemstones. A large, approx. 1.80ct pear cut emerald is at center, the color & clarity is amazing! Old mine cut rubies & diamonds encircle the emerald, along with black enamel details creating color & drama. As you can see from the images, the heart is a working locket with a compartment inside. Masterfully made & very regal!
