Cool shape to this vintage thick wire stand, can have various uses. I think originally meant as a pot stand, but can hold umbrellas, canes or whatever....kitchen use - holds mugs... Or use in the bar to hold glasses. Metal that has been painted black - there is some paint loss.
14 inches across the widest point- the bottom of the legs. 12 inches deep. 33-1/4 inches high to the top of the handle. Each circle is 3-3/4 inches wide.

Great condition, some of the circular holders are bent downward a tiny bit, but are easily fixed.
