AESTHETIC VICTORIAN
TILTING WATER PITCHER w/HINGED LID & STANDThis Large Richly Designed Antique Tilting Water Pot & Stand is Absolutely Exquisite!!
Gorgeous & intricately etched detailed birds and floral designs to the body and lid of the pot!
Fabulous embossed detailed \"Art Deco\" designs to the handle & spout of the pitcher pot,
as well as to the top handle, sides and base of this fabulous tall stand!
Exquisite minute floral & intricate details to the base bands of both, the water pitcher and stand!
This large & heavy pitcher, with functional hinged lid, has 2 layers of metal silver plated surfaces!!
There are two silver plated surfaces to the pot ~ one layer to the decorative exterior and another layer
and one to the interior surface which serves as a \"thermal\" cooling chamber.
A unique hinged \"flap\" coverlet over the interior spout hole (see photo #9 for this feature), most unusual indeed!
There is an extended round cup holder supported by 2 \"paisley\" patterned motif lifts (see photo #6).

Considered to be in Good Vintage Condition for the Era!!
Exhibits wear ~ small patches of plate loss to the spout, handle, cup holder, and to a few areas of the exterior body.
A couple of dings to the exterior body, as well as,
to the top surface of the cup holder. Scuffs & scratches all around.
The interior of this pitcher is in very good condition ~ no plate loss, no corrosion/rust or heavy stains!
The heavy finial has been temporarily affixed to show it\'s true appearance, however,
this finial should be heat soldered for a permanent placement/hold.
