This is a beautiful vintage Austrian cold painted bronze Great Dane figurine. The dog is a deep fawn color with black around his muzzle. It is hand painted and in very good condition considering it is probably from the 1930\'s or even a little earlier.
He is about 3.25\" from nose to tail x about 2.5\" tall, so is a nice size figurine. He is anatomically correct. You can also see the lines of his ribs and the muscles in his chest. Very nicely done Austrian bronze and would be perfect gift for the lover of these large Great Danes or for the collector of Austrian bronzes.
