Herbert & Allen \" [Allen was the young son of Herbert Hoover][Provenance: I bought this as part of a shoebox of about 50 postcards at Superior Stamp & Coin Beverly Hills c. 1996 (roughly 20 were from Herbert Hoover mostly to his niece Mildred Hoover in London); 10 were sold 10 are up for sale on ; no one has ever seen these; never authenticated except by me; part of my collection; I contacted the Hoover Institute at Standford c. 1997 as part of my research.
