Up for sale is a guaranteed authentic Chanel Cerf Tote in black caviar leather. This is the mademoiselle style, which means that it has a turn lock closure rather than a double CC closure. It is in good used condition as caviar leather is extremely durable. Still, the leather is soft and not extremely stiff. Here are the approximate measurements of the bag: 14\" w, 8 3/4\" h, 4 3/4\" d, and a 5\" handle drop. Even though the handle drop is not extremely long, I was able to carry it on my shoulder. It has 2 open exterior pockets, one large open compartment (I do not have the cosmetic insert that snaps into the main compartment), and 2 interior zip pockets. This bag is an awesome size and is perfect for someone who likes to carry a lot of items with them. Please note that the bag has been used on a regular basis. As such, it does show signs of wear. The top has areas of minor rubbing, and the bottom corners show wear. On one side, both corners just show rub wear, but on the other side, there has been more wear and the piping has begun to show through. However, it is not very noticeable when the bag is being carried or worn. I think that it could be easily and cheaply repaired by a cobbler. I just never got around to doing it myself.
