Up for sale is this Pair of Genuine La Maschera del Galeone Mardi Gras Masks with tags and stamped inside. These masks are handmade from Venice Italy and are very ornate. The male jester mask is cream color & done in a gold design with musical notes and staff. The hat is of red & black velvet with attached bells and faux pearls at the ends. The female mask is cream color with gold, burgundy and black design with gold glitter. The head dress is made of some kind of cardboard, that looks like material covering it with small cupids, finished off with bric-brac, piping, faux pearls and black pom-poms. This mask does have a mark on her nose, and beside her nose. I didn\'t want to clean it just in case, but it does look like it might come off. The female mask measures 18\" Across x 10\" L w/o the wooden handle, or 22\" L with the handle. The male jester mask measures 16\" Across x 14\" H w/o the wooden handle or 22\" L with the handle. Each have a way to display them hanging on the wall. Please refer to the pictures as they are part of the description and you will be able to determine their condition on your own.
