It is a well cared for Vintage Authentic Gucci Monogram Shoulder Bag. It has a zipper top and an adjustable shoulder strap with 5 holes for adjustments. The strap shows little wear only where the strap was adjusted at the different holes. All of the zippers are in good working order. The pockets and lining are clean and do not have any stains. There is a slight odor I believe from storage. The interior has some flaking ..see photos.
The exterior body of the bag is monogrammed in what is known as PVC leather. It has the Gucci logo on the zipper pull, hardware as well as the bag body. It has the Gucci Green & Red strap down the middle of the bag with the Gucci Signature Logo above the pocket. The outside has one pocket with zipper and goldtone zipper pull.
The bag is part of the Accessory Collection and has a Serial Number 68-02-005
