IN MINT, UNUSED CONDITION

This rarevintage pair of beautiful, graceful glass cruets and stoppers for oil and vinegar were produced in Canada for use in the dining cars on the Baltimore & Ohio Railraod. Each one is etched or printed in white on the front with the circular B & O logo that pictures the capitol building in its center, surrounded by a circle of capital Bs and one O at the very top, and with \"BALTIMORE & OHIO RAILROAD\" in the circle inside the Bs, and finally with a banner across the center that reads \"DINING CAR SERVICE.\" Please see all the pictures. Each cruet including its stopper measures 5 1/4 in. tall x 2 3/4 in. in diameter. The bottoms say \"CANADA.\" Guaranteed to be genuine. They show no signs of use, could have come from a supply the railroad had when they discontinued using fine dinnerware in the dining cars. My grandfather Jesse Weaver worked for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad for 47 years, so I consider myself part of the railroad\'s family. A rare treasure from a long-ago erafor your railroadiana collection, this pair of glass cruets is not just a beautiful decorative collectible but a historic one, too.
