BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE RUSSIAN ? 14K GOLD GREEN ENAMEL EGG NEGLIGEE NECKLACE c1900:

An antique solid 9 carat gold (tests thereabouts) chain necklace; with a bolt ring fastener, and 14/15 carat gold bow-shaped pendant section decorated with white enamelling, with miniature egg & orb drops, decorated with vitreous rich green guilloché enamelling, the drops possibly Russian.

Wow - stunning quality, deeply beautiful & wonderfully collectable...so wearable too!

CONDITION: Very, very good. Slightest signs of enamel surface wear commensurate with age and use.

DATE/MARKS: Early 20th Century. Bolt ring stamped \'9\'.

DIMENSIONS:16 ¼ inches wearable length, eggs 10 mm &20 mm long (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.

WEIGHT: Approx. 8.0grams.
