BEAUTIFUL FRENCH SILVER PL VICTORIAN DIP PEN FLEUR DE LEYS DOG CROWN TOWN CREST:

This is for alovely Victorian silver plated French souvenir dip pen. It has an ornate handle decoratedwith a finely detailed pattern and it has its original appliqués still attached to the handle. These show a dog below a crown and four small fleur de leys. The nib holder has a spiral pattern and I can find no makers marks but it is well made.It is in absolute excellent condition with no damage to it anywhere and there is no surface wear. It measures 190mm (7.5\") long.
