My name is John Newbern, and for nearly 20 years I published the cartoon and joke series of books, called Sex toSexty. BILL WARD was another great artist, and I have decided to make available to the public a few ORIGINAL creations of his.

Thisisa pen and ink drawing thatwas published in Sex To Sexty in the late 60\'s, and is a grand exampleof WARD at his sexy best. The art measures 9 1/4\" by 12\" on paper. Keep in mind that these are the original cartoons used in the joke book, sothey may haveeditingmarks on thepiece or cut unevenly to fit in thejoke book. The art has editing marks in pencil, it was cut to fit into the joke book and there is creasing to the paper andother than that, it is PERFECT!!!

The gag was typed on the lower edge and was handwritten in pencil by Ward on the backside of the art and reads, \"Great balls afire!\" His signature is on the lower edge of the art. The winning buyer on this piece will have acquired a piece of Americana worthy of being called an heirloom..
