Up for offer is a lovely vintage Christmas greeting card. On the front of this beautifully embossed card is a colorful lithograhic illustration of lovely birds perched on a holly branch filled with bright-red berries. A rural church in winter can be seen in the background. When you supersize image 1 you\'ll see that the detail is exceptional and the colors are still vivid.When you open the card you can read the beautifully-printed verse written by M. S. Haycraft. Notice the holly that decorates it that was created in art-deco style.

The back of the card is blank, but has the logo of Raphael Tuck & Sons, the publisher, at the middle. It was printed in pre-WWI Germany andmeasures 5 1/2\" X 3\" in size when closed.

CONDITION: A little soiling with corner blunting. A bit of surface and edge wear. No rips or stains. A hard-to-see light, vertical surface crease on the back that can only be seen on the back. No handwriting anywhere on the card. Vivid colors and clear images. Nice condition for this very old antique.
