13 inch tall flame stopper ruffle neck 5 inch wide on the base Amber BLENKO decanter. This is a great first time collectors piece. there seems to be some tiny stress cracks in the neck. they do not go all the way through, their on the interior. Probably from the stopper placement. There is hazing to this piece. Don\'t know if the hazing is permanent or not. It has been rinsed but needs to be cleaned. my husbands weeding out some of his decanters and this was one of his first pieces. please ask questions before purchasing. smoke-free pet friendly home
