The Victorian Glider is made from wide boards for a refined look. Designed with a contoured seat for superior comfort, this glider will make you the envy of your friends and neighbors. This 6 foot glider is also available in 4, 5 or 7 foot sizes in our store.

Cedar has beautiful color and ages well to give years of service from your glider. Built from real cedar wood from 2x4 and 2x3 lumber for a sturdy construction that will remain functional for years. If you would like to have this glider built in a custom size just email us for a quote.

All of our items are made and assembled before they are shipped to ensure that everything arrives to you ready for proper, easy assembly. Item is securely made in separate pieces for simple and fast assembly. All hardware is provided and all holes are pre-drilled. An instruction sheet for exact assembly will be included. In about 20-30 minutes your new glider will be complete. After you fasten the hardware, that we provide for you, all that is left to do is pick a spot to place your glider.

Seat Cushions

These 2 inch thick cushions are designed to stand up to harsh weather conditions without fading, staining or developing mildew. The covers are removable and washable, while the foam insert provides luxurious, comfortable support. Each cushion has long ties to assist in attaching it to your porch swing, glider or bench. The cushion will be made to fit your glider,and will be 17 inches wide($133.99).

The foam inserts are 2” thick, and provide relaxing and firm support. The Dryfast foam is suited to outdoor use where moisture and precipitation are prevalent (it is even suitable for marine cushioning). The large, open cells provide a degree of airflow not present in other foams, allowing it to dry quickly, even after complete saturation. The Dryfast foam formula is anti-microbial and helps suppress microorganism growth, common in damp areas.

The Agora fabric is a luxury, water-resistant fabric created for outdoor upholstery. It uses 100% solution dyed acrylic fibers, built to withstand the harshest outdoor conditions and most demanding Environments, guaranteeing an excellent performance. Finished with Teflon with stain and mildew resistant treatment, the fabric is washable.

The thread used to sew these cushions is also suitable for outdoor use, being weather and UV resistant. Each has a zipper to facilitate removing the cover for washing. The color options are below.

Stain and sealant

If you would like, we will finish your glider with a durable cedar wood stain and water sealant. This treatment will bring out the color in the wood and drastically slow down the natural cedar aging process. The optional additional cost for stain and water sealant treatment on this item is $55. See the pictures above to decide if you want your order to be natural or stained cedar, and select \'Stained\' under the Color option if that is what you choose.

Stainless steel hardware available

If you would like your glider made with stainless steel hardware, we can do that for you. All screws, bolts, washers and nuts, will be stainless steel. The gliding mechanism however cannot be upgraded, and will not be stainless steel. The OPTIONAL additional cost for this is $40.If you would like us to use stainless steel hardware, select \'Stainless Steel\' under the Hardware option.

Cupholders

At your request we can add a cupholder to each arm (see picture above for details). The additional cost for a pair of cupholders is $30.
