This is a Chelsea Maritime clock come in a all brasscase and is meant for use on US Navy and merchant marine ships. Its serial number on the back is 560802 whichmatches the movement It has a 7.5 overall (baseplate) diameter and is 3”deep. The dial diameter is 6”. It’s a 12-hour clock. See the copy of the 1923 Chelsea catalogwhich list this clock as the Marine model

The NAWC June 85 P 340 Lists this type as probably WWIvintage, an engine room clock because of the hinged bezel. But the serialnumber, if its accurate and was not used in the early days would date thisclock to around 1950.
