Got this at an estate sale where I was told by the owner that his Grandfather from England broke the tip off of the bayonet on a boulder through a German in the battle of Amiens. How true the story is, I have know idea. The tip is broken off and field down along with a lot of pitted and rust marks. Wood handle is slightly loose with few nicks. The bottom blade says 1907 with a 6 and what appears to be 17 with SANDERSON under that with the n missing. No scabbard.
