This is such a sweet skirt..
The sequins adorn the \"stuffed\" characters.
Its in excellent condition, the hole in the middle was never cut, because it was used as a table topper..
It measures 42\" across at the widest spot with the lace ruffle.
There are a few missing sequins, maybe 5 or so..
Great addition, for years to come
