ESTATE SALE Find: I am going to be listing aHUGE collectionof Dept. 56 Heritage Village Collection pieces this week. MOST LOOK UNUSED. They were all in boxes in an attic. Unfortunately there was a small leak in the roof that stained a few of the outside paper holders, but the contents were well protected by the heavy Styrofoam boxes inside.
This sale is forSANTA\'S LOOKOUT TOWER# 5629-4.It was RETIRED in 1997,A TALL, PRETTY BUILDINGand SPARKLY!It appeared to be unused, includes the cord, light, and original pamphlet. The outside paper cover has some stains. The building has Flags on poles as you will see in my photos. When I was putting it back in the Styrofoam case, the Flag at the very topgot stuck in the foam. Themetal pole didn\'t break, but there\'s a small chip at the back of the peak of the roof. The pole sits in the hole just fine, but you may want to putA drop of glue in the hole, so you don\'t loose the Flag. Please see tight close up, last photos
