It is marked Bach Stradivarius 36 Elkhart IN USA with a signature name with BACH as the last name. The case reads The Selmer Company. I will do my best to describe this. I like to point out what I think are negatives so there isn\'t any surprises when items arrive but sometimes I make them sound worse than they are. I bought this at an estate sale where he said this was his many years ago and never used it which is why it was for sale. He played it for me so I know it works. It has a good sized ding (in the picture) and some discoloration in the brass. I\'m sure it is worth having this fixed if it bothers you as this seems to be a good quality name and instrument. The case is solid but has marks and tears.
