Collectible fire fighting equipment. Very heavy and solid: 16 pounds. See HD photos for condition. Note that the porcelain in the base is cracked, as shown in photos, but not so broken that it is falling out: just cracked. Otherwise, just a lot of solid patina and green. I believe this is copper and some brass. Sent in a USPS large flat rate box.
