A lovely, Balissima by Effy Diamond Heart Ring in 18K Gold and Sterling Silver. Features approx. 1/5ct t.w. diamonds surrounded with an 18k gold rope edge. Ring size 8 3/4. Heart measures nearly 3/4\" across finger and just over 1/2\" length of finger (up and down finger).

This is a pre-owned item and not new. It is in fine pre-owned condition with normal surface marks consistent with age and use. All stones are intact. This was just cleaned and is ready to love!
