A certificate of authenticity signed by Stephen T. Ayers, then Acting Architect of the Capitol accompanies the Flag. It is a Commercial Grade 3 foot by 5 foot cotton Flag. Made at the Valley Forge Flag Co. This is a NEW Flag, the box is opened but the Flag was never opened.
