A very elegant antique French sterling silver footed serving dish, with finely detailed pierced sides and an applied Louis XVI raies d\'oves border, and featuring 18th century style écuelle style lateral handles. The dish is raised on a circular base decorated with a gadrooned border. Beautifully crafted from the highest quality silver, it is stamped with the French Minerve 1st standard silver mark (.950), and maker\'s mark for Parisian jeweller and silversmith Gaston BARDIES, active 1897-1914. Professionally cleaned by our Parisian master silversmith, condition is excellent with just light signs of use to note. For the finest of tables.....
