I will no longer use flat rate envelopes or boxes since I have learned the hard way that these are not truly trackable despite what the USPS says.I will list sale price on custom forms and will not lower this to help reduce taxes at your end. If the item is lost or damaged I am only covered for the amount I list on the parcel. Any customs/duties fees are your responsibility at your end and are between you and your government.
