Here is an original early Bauer Pottery Plain Yellow Ware #2 Spice Jar.
The painted design has some missing. It is how I got it, butif you don\'t like the paint, it comes off with a gentle flick of your nail.
It does not have the Bauer name, only a number 2 as seen inmy picture.
It has a small chip on the rim of the lid measuring 1/8\" andnot very noticeable.
The white dot you see on the lid in the last picture is NOT achip. Just glare. sorry.
The jar with lid measures 4 1/2\" tall and 6\" across.
It has minor crazing and it looks like 2 very tiny glaze pops.
It weighs 3 pounds. Keep this in mind for shipping fees whichwill be calculated at the end of the sale using your zipcodefor accurate amount.
