My mother worked at the frame center here in Rochester, NY for 27 years until they closed and sold to Luxotica in 1999. These glasses are NOS and were never worn or used. These were rejected because of \"blemishes\" on the lens. They are hard to notice, I had to tilt the glasses perfectly to get the pictures and it took several pictures to get the camera to do it\'s job. These blemishes are hard to see, and impossible to see while wearing the glasses. As always, if you get something that you think I\'ve incorrectly described, please send it back for a full refund. These glasses are genuine Bausch & Lomb Wings made in the USA. No copies or reproductions.
This pair of wings is NOS never worn, but it has a factory defective lens. The lens has some peeling of the outer polarized coating. I tilted the lens at the perfect angle to get these pictures and of course they look worse than they really are. This defect can\'t be seen while wearing them and the lens still blocks the sunlight like a normal G-15 brown lens would. I have these priced cheap, so even if you just needed the frame which is good, you\'d be getting a good price.
