Take a string or measuring tape and wrap around your knuckles including the thumb knuckle around the Palm area. The bracelet has to pass those knuckles.
Make sure the thumb sits on the inside of the palm/fingers as you are measuring.
The string should be wrapped tightly to get the perfect fit - not loose fit.
(whatever instrument you are using- the string or the tape)- Now cut (string) or clip the string or the measuring tape where it joins at the other end.
And measure the string from one end to the other with the measuring tape - this will give you the circumference length of the bracelet. Please see second column in the chart above
To find out the diameter of your bracelet please divide the Circumference length in inches by 3.14 and that will give you approximate diameter listed in the listing. Hope you know how to round up to the closest number!
On the third picture under circumference in inches find your measurement (for example if your string measures approximately 7.5\" - 8\" You need 2- 3/8\"or 2 ⅝” size
