Payment

Payment is due three days after sale closes. If payment is not made by the fourth day without communication items will be relisted after opening a case. If you can not make payment by the third day please communicate with me and I will work with you.

Shipping

Items ship on Mondays and Thursdays. I include cost of packaging materials in my shipping fees. If you choose to have insurance please notify me by close of sale and I will invoice accordingly. Prices for shipping is for UNITED STATES only. We will be happy to combine items for multiple orders. We are willing to ship overseas, but prices for shipping will vary accordingly. All shipping fees include $1.00 handling fee.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within seven days of receipt. Buyer pays for return shipping fees. Returns are only accepted for precious jewelry or items not described correctly. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG MEASUREMENTS SINCE ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE AN APPROXIMATION. No returns are accepted on estate, bulk or wholesale lots.

AUTHOR'S NOTES

Please note that almost all of our items are from estate sales which we now attend almost on a daily basis. What this means is that we get over 1000 items a day and because it is easy to handle, we try our best to buy jewelry when we can get our hands on it. Yes, often you'll see us having other items, but we try to stay on the side of jewelry because it is easier to warehouse, handle, ship, etc. Because of the volume of jewelry we get daily, it is impossible for us to list every item even if we bundle them in lots. I'm not a jeweler so I don't know gold from gold plated or silver versus silver plated. If this listing includes gold or silver, some items may in fact be marked 10k,12k,14k, etc, and I have been told that may still mean its plated. Therefore, unless I specify in the description area that the item is SPECIFICALLY GOLD OR SILVER please assume that everything is plated and NOT tested for purity because unless something catches my eye, I am not going to spend the time and money to have every piece that looks like gold or everything that looks like silver tested in addition to going through the trouble of listing it, tracking it, etc. So bulk items are being sold on an as is basis and all sales are final.
