Very rare piece that is seldom offered for sale. Flaming boteh design. Circa 1880. Excellent condition with near full pile (these finely woven marasali\'s were \"low\" pile when made). 100% original with no repair or restoration. Beautiful array of natural colors. Lovely artisan piece that\'s very difficult to find today. Very finely woven and very pliable. Very nice quality wool. Anyone who collects special Caucasian rugs needs to payclose attention to this one. Please note the abrash in a small part of the rug. Size is 45 inches x 58 inches. This rug in its very nice condition usually retails for $9500 - $12000 by the larger dealers. See my other items.
